Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager with tax credit experience to join our team. Under the direction of the Regional Manager, the Community Manager supports and assists in all aspects of community operations.

This role emphasizes supervision of associates, tax credit compliance, leasing, marketing, and strong customer service standards to drive occupancy and retention.

Qualificações

• Minimum three years as onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CAM/ARM preferred.
• LIHTC knowledge and related compliance experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise community associates and ensure tax credit compliance.
• Direct leasing, marketing, renewals, and customer service standards.
• Prepare lease paperwork, determine renewal rates, and collect rents.
• Handle delinquent accounts and enforce leases to maximize revenue.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and manage community budgeting.
• Organize resident activities and maintain retention programs.
