Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. seeks a Leasing Agent to lead the LIHTC lease-up for a new community. You’ll deliver exceptional applicant service, manage records with accuracy, and coordinate with the Community Manager to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

The role emphasizes sales, customer service, and meticulous documentation of income, assets, and eligibility while working within fair housing and LIHTC guidelines. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred.
• LIHTC lease-up or affordable housing knowledge is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support lease-up goals by responding promptly to inquiries and scheduling tours.
• Explain application, screening, income-restriction, and leasing processes clearly.
• Assist applicants with LIHTC eligibility forms and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate waitlist, application, and leasing records per procedures.
