Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commercial real estate or finance.
• 7+ years in asset management.
• LIHTC experience with compliance exposure.
• Strong Excel skills; able to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own asset management plans for LIHTC assets.
• Monitor lease-up and ensure proforma compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate site inspections with internal and third-party teams.
• Review annual operating budgets and deliver to partners on time.
• Monitor asset financials against budget and proforma.
• Lead cross-functional meetings for underperforming assets.
• Present portfolio status to executives monthly.
• Assist with lifecycle capital planning with Capital Planning.
