Job summary

Jobot is seeking a senior asset manager to lead a growing LIHTC portfolio. The role involves owning asset management plans, monitoring lease-up, and coordinating with compliance and capital planning teams to ensure regulatory alignment.

You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and performance, with a path toward team leadership. You will work on-site with senior leadership, drive profitability, and mentor junior analysts as the portfolio expands.

Qualifications

• Meaningful LIHTC experience required, including compliance exposure.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proven financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own asset management plans for LIHTC assets.
• Monitor lease-up and ensure proforma compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate site inspections and review annual budgets.
• Monitor asset financials against budget and proforma.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and present portfolio status to leadership.
