Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned asset manager to own LIHTC asset plans and drive performance across a growing portfolio. This newly created role requires relocation to the Minneapolis/Twin Cities area and offers a clear path to team leadership as the portfolio scales.

You will report to a hands-on Director of Asset Management, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present portfolio results to executive leadership. Travel is minimal and on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of asset management experience (finance + asset mgmt mix).
• Hands-on LIHTC experience including compliance exposure.
• Proficient Excel; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting and reporting to upper management.
• Demonstrated leadership ability or experience in a managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own asset management plans for LIHTC assets.
• Monitor lease-up and ensure compliance with proforma and regulations.
• Coordinate site inspections with internal and third-party teams.
• Review and approve annual operating budgets for project partners.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and proforma.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and present portfolio updates to executives.
