Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years of financial or real estate experience, property management or asset management preferred.
• LIHTC or public/private housing asset management/finance program familiarity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present to investors.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with asset management software.

Aufgaben

• Oversees and manages economic, financial, physical, and compliance needs of portfolio; creates strategies for assets for optimum performance.
• Collaborate with finance, construction, architecture, and accounting to meet standards and compliance.
• Review LIHTC program documents and understand implications for operations of rental communities.
• Review budgets and financial plans to identify issues and reforecast.
• Ensure financials, rent rolls, budgets, tax returns, and audits are loaded accurately with management companies.
• Identify and resolve issues with projects and credit; work with general partners to resolve.
• Coordinate with property management, housing authorities, and development team to meet lease-up and regulatory requirements.
• Collect data, track projects, and distribute to asset management team.
• Conduct site visits and review property management companies and practices.
• Manage relationships with limited partners, lenders, and housing finance agencies.
• Dispositions: work with executive officer on sale of properties.
