Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Asset Manager (LIHTC) in Lauderdale, MN to own and develop asset management plans for a growing LIHTC portfolio. The role involves overseeing lease-up, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with internal teams to meet budget milestones.

You will lead cross-functional reviews, present performance to executives, and mentor junior staff while positioning the portfolio for scale and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

LIHTC experience with compliance exposure.
Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills.
Proven leadership ability or managerial experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient Excel skills; able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

Develop and own asset management plans for LIHTC assets.
Monitor lease-up and compliance with regulations.
Coordinate site inspections; internal and third-party.
Review annual operating budgets and deliver to project partners on time.
Monitor financial performance against budget and proforma.
Lead cross-functional meetings for underperforming assets.
Present portfolio condition monthly to executives.
Support lifecycle capital planning with Capital Planning.
Supervise financial analyst(s).
