Job summary

Elemental Brands in Reno, NV is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to interact with customers via phone, chat, and email. This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with start times between 6:00 am and 8:30 am, supporting inventory requests, order management, and product guidance.

You will document conversations in our systems, escalate when needed, and collaborate with teams across sales, shipping, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Documents conversations concisely with enough detail for others to understand.
• Escalates complex issues to Leadership as needed.
• Collaborates with teams (Order Management, Quotes, Shipping, Receiving, Manufacturing, Sales).
• Provide inventory requests and create bills of materials/quotes for review.
