Envision LED Lighting in Bell, CA is seeking a dependable Customer Service Specialist to serve homeowners and contractors, handling quotes, orders, and product information.

You will be the main contact, resolving issues, coordinating with production and shipping, and supporting sales and marketing with samples and catalogs.

Experience in lighting industry preferred; bilingual Spanish a plus; strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Qualifications

• Ability to resolve customer issues and follow through until the customer is happy.
• Proficiency with Front, NetSuite, and MS Office.
• Understanding warranty, RMA, and return processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Process and manage orders in NetSuite.
• Provide product quotes and solutions based on customer needs.
• Answer customer calls, troubleshoot common issues, or route technical questions to in-house technicians.
• Respond to customer emails and live chat inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Coordinate with production and shipping to meet order needs and shipping schedules.
• Support Sales and Marketing with samples, demos, brochures & catalogs on request.
• Manage tickets for various inquiries (Front app) and route to appropriate teams.
• Assist business buyers with account setup and relationship management.
• Manage warranty registrations and returns; issue RMAs and share tracking details.
• Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure positive resolutions.
