Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting, a U.S. manufacturer of luxury handcrafted lighting, is seeking a full-time customer service and order-entry specialist.

You will process orders and RMAs, answer inquiries by phone and email, and provide accurate pricing, lead times, and product information. You’ll coordinate with production, shipping, and sales to ensure timely deliveries and maintain precise customer records, while collaborating with designers, distributors, and sales reps to deliver exceptional

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, order entry, inside sales support experience.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• High school diploma required; college coursework or associate degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and returns (RMA) accurately using ERP/order entry software.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Provide order status, pricing, lead times, and product information.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales to ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Work closely with designers, distributors, and sales representatives.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from order placement through delivery.
