Job summary

Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking a Night Lift Operator to transport guests safely up the mountain and create a welcoming experience on the lift at night.

Shifts are typically 2:30 pm – 9:45 pm, with opportunities to transition to day crew as the season winds down. Candidates should be comfortable outdoors, able to load/unload guests, and work with a team while following procedures.

Starting wage is $18.99 per hour, with year-round housing rentals and employee perks described by the employer.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Able to safely load/unload guests and assist with lift operations.
• Comfortable with seasonal outdoor work and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned chairlift and assist guests loading/unloading.
• Monitor lift station and perform snow removal as needed.
• Follow procedures and communicate with team during night operations.
