Position Overview
As a Programs Lead at Mt. Hood Meadows, you’ll help create a smooth, welcoming, and memorable experience for guests participating in our multi-week ski and snowboard programs and multi-day camps. Working alongside the Programs Supervisor and fellow team members, you’ll help coordinate daily operations and ensure guests and families feel supported from check-in to check-out.
This hands-on role combines organization, guest service, and mountain operations. You’ll help manage program check-in and check-out, coordinate lunch and daily setup, maintain rosters, and communicate staffing and operational needs. You’ll also pitch in with equipment preparation and boot fitting, assist with lessons when needed, and help keep program areas safe and ready for changing winter conditions.
