Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking a Client Associate to maintain the in-store sales and service experience and promote a high‑performing sales culture. On the floor, you will connect with clients, build repeat business, and stay knowledgeable about our seasonal apparel while supporting events and CRM activities to drive profitability.

Candidates should have at least one year in client services, be comfortable with non-traditional hours, and possess strong communication skills to serve guests and teammates

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a client services role.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-floor sales and service to meet sales goals.
• Build relationships with in-store clients to drive repeat business.
• Maintain knowledge of apparel fit, fabric, and use each season.
• Support in-store events and CRM activities.
• Adhere to service standards and company policies.
• Foster a friendly, welcoming environment for guests.
• Promote teamwork and maintain store organization.
• Keep front of house and stock areas clean and organized.
