HealthFitness is seeking enthusiastic Lifeguards to join our aquatics team at a premier corporate fitness center in Neenah, Wisconsin. In this role, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment while keeping a watchful eye on members and guests enjoying the facility**Schedule:** Monday 9am-12pm Tuesday 5:30am-7:30am / 1pm-3pm Wednesday: 9am-12pm Thursday 1pm-3pm Friday 9am-12pmResponsible for monitoring and ensuring a safe and friendly environment for all of the aquatic facility members and guests.Key Accountabilities* Monitor and ensure safety and well-being of patrons using the aquatic facilities.* Enforce and explain rules as necessary.* Respond appropriately to any emergency.* Perform chemical testing and documents results for three bodies of water and a hot tub four times a day.* Attend all required staff meetings and training.* Ensure that needs of the aquatic center are being met by folding towels; cleaning; filling water machines; and inspecting the Aquatics Facility to ensure safe environment for members.* Maintain a professional attitude.* Other duties as needed/assigned.Minimum Requirements* Must be at least 16 years old.* American Red Cross Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid certification.* Meet HealthFitness Fitness and Skill standards.* Be dependable, alert and able to interact with people of all ages in a positive manner with strong customer service skills.* Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook; and working knowledge of the member management system, databases, and tools.Compensation: $12.00-$16.00 per hour.
