Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a part-time Lifeguard to keep swimmers safe and provide friendly customer service in our on-site aquatic facility. Earn $20/hour with flexible hours up to 29.5 per week, ideal for active individuals who want meaningful responsibility.

• Participate in required staff meetings and training sessions.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service to patrons of all ages.
• Support the aquatics team with additional duties as needed.

Ready to Make a Splash?

All applicants must successfully complete a basic lifeguard skills assessment, including:

• A 150-yard swim, 2-minute tread, and 50-yard swim sequence.
• American Red Cross lifeguarding rescue skills and demonstrations.
