Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a Lifeguard for a part-time role in Dallas, TX. The successful candidate will monitor the pool area, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies in accordance with club policy.

The position involves teaching private and group swim lessons, assisting in program development and marketing, and helping keep the aquatics center clean and safe. Candidates should be at least 16 years old and hold current lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications or be able to obtain

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or ability to obtain at time of hire.
• Prior lifeguarding experience or teaching swim lessons.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain watch over the pool area and ensure a safe environment.
• Enforce pool rules and prevent accidents.
• Respond to injuries, incidents, and emergencies per club policy.
• Teach private and group swim lessons for all ages and abilities.
• Assist in developing and marketing swim programs.
• Help maintain and clean the aquatics center.
