Job summary

Exos is seeking a Head Lifeguard in Minneapolis, MN Part-Time to lead daily aquatic operations, supervise lifeguard staff, and ensure safety across the Aquatics Area. You will address patron concerns, coordinate emergency responses per policy, manage rotations and breaks, and assist with program adjustments and instruction coverage.

Qualifications include current Lifeguarding Certification, CPR/AED and First Aid, and prior lifeguarding or swim lesson experience.

Qualifications

• Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire.
• Prior experience lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Address patron concerns and provide frontline customer service.

• Communicate schedule changes and updates to staff and patrons.

Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
