Job summary

Exos is hiring a Head Lifeguard in Minneapolis, MN to oversee lifeguard operations and ensure safety across the aquatics area. You will manage staff schedules, respond to incidents, and coordinate with programming teams as needed.

Responsibilities include maintenance of safety supplies, assisting with administrative duties, and providing swim instruction coverage when required. Qualifications include current lifesaving certifications or the ability to obtain them at hire and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or the ability to obtain at time of hire.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain at time of hire.
• Experience lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons is preferred.

Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
