Job summary

Exos is seeking a Lifeguard to join our team in Bartlesville, OK. You will monitor the pool area and uphold safety policies to create a secure environment.

Responsibilities include enforcing rules, responding to injuries, teaching private and group swim lessons, and supporting program development and aquatics upkeep.

This role requires at least 16 years old with current Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, plus prior lifeguarding or teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or ability to obtain at hire.
• Prior lifeguarding or swim lesson teaching experience.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain at hire.
• Ability to be in water for long periods.

• Respond to all injuries, incidents, and emergencies as directed by club policy

• Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the aquatics center

• Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire


• Prior experience lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons


• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire


• Ability to be in water for long periods during the day
