Job summary

Exos is seeking a Lifeguard to join our Tampa South, FL aquatics team. This part-time role focuses on safety, supervision of the pool area, and delivering engaging swimming programs for members of all ages.

You will enforce rules, respond to incidents, and support private and group lessons while assisting in program development and center upkeep. A strong commitment to guest safety and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain watch over the pool area to ensure a safe environment.
• Enforce pool rules and prevent accidents.
• Respond to injuries, incidents, and emergencies per club policy.
• Teach private and group swim lessons for all ages.
• Assist in development and marketing of swim programs.
• Assist with aquatics center maintenance and cleanliness.
