Job summary

Exos is seeking a Lifeguard to join our team. You will maintain a secure pool environment, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies. You will also teach private and group swim lessons to people of all ages and abilities.

The role involves supporting program development and helping maintain the aquatics center while aligning with Exos’ health and readiness philosophy.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire.
• Prior experience lifeguarding or teaching swim lessons.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire.
