Job summary

Rockwell Automation, Inc. is seeking a Lifecycle Services Business Lead to drive growth across the Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi geographies.

This role manages performance, forecasting, and annual business planning while developing programs that align with Lifecycle Services goals. You will collaborate with selling teams and domain experts, travel up to 40% to customer sites, and report to the Lifecycle Services Sales Regional Manager while working remotely from within the aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• We will not sponsor individuals for employment visa, now or in the future.
• The ability to travel up to 40% travel to customers within assigned geography will be required.
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or technical field.
• Project management skills.
• Commercial skills.
• Experience with Rockwell Automation limited distribution and market access model.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and performance for the Lifecycle Services Business Segment in their geographical areas of responsibilities.
• Manage business performance reporting and forecasting processes by geography and businesses.
• Develop and execute annual Business Plan for assigned geographies for Lifecycle Services.
• Plan and implement commercial programs related to Lifecycle Services responsibility.
• Provide feedback to appropriate portfolio teams to improve customer outcomes delivered by our solutions.
• Pursue personal learning, development of skills in job-related technical and professional areas.
• Participate in calls and meetings by phone or in-person.
• Build customer relationships and provide customer-centric solutions.
• Adapt approach and demeanor in real-time to match the shifting demands of different situations.
• Build partnerships and work with others to meet shared goals.
• Maneuver through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics.
