Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Lifecycle Services Business Lead to drive growth, align sales with portfolio offerings, and forecast by geography. You will report to the Lifecycle Services Sales Regional Manager and work remotely within the Tennessee, Alabama, or Mississippi territory.

Responsibilities include building known go-to-market strategies, leading new offering launches, and coordinating across matrixed teams to deliver customer outcomes and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience required.
• Engineering or technical field degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to customers.

• Drive growth and performance for Lifecycle Services in assigned geographies.
• Manage performance reporting and forecasting by geography and business.
• Develop knowledge of portfolio capabilities and go-to-market models.
• Lead launch of new offerings to sales and channel.
• Provide feedback to portfolio teams to improve customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional and global peers and participate in events.
