Rockwell Automation is seeking a Lifecycle Services Business Lead to drive growth and forecasting for the Lifecycle Services portfolio across the U.S. territory.

You will support sellers and domain experts, report to the Lifecycle Services Sales Regional Manager, and work remotely from any location within Tennessee, Alabama, or Mississippi. You will build relationships, develop annual business plans, lead new offerings to the sales team, and collaborate with regional and global peers to improve

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visa, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• A valid driver’s license.
• The ability to travel up to 40% travel to customers within assigned geography will be required.

• Achieve growth and performance for the Lifecycle Services Business Segment in their geographical areas of responsibilities.
• Manage business performance reporting and forecasting processes by geography and businesses.
• Develop knowledge of portfolio capabilities and go-to-market models in Lifecycle Services.
• Build and use knowledge of our industry strategies and become familiar with outcome-based selling principles.
• Develop and execute annual Business Plan for assigned geographies for Lifecycle Services.
• Ensure regional selling resources maintain the appropriate competencies across assigned Lifecycle Services offerings.
