Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Lifecycle Services Business Lead to support commercial marketing, develop seller competencies, forecast, and align with Lifecyle Services teams. This role reports to the Lifecycle Services Sales Regional Manager and is remote from within the Tennessee, Alabama, or Mississippi territory with up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 40% to customers within assigned geography

Responsibilities

• Grow and perform for Lifecycle Services in assigned geography (services and solutions).
• Manage performance reporting and forecasting by geography and businesses.
• Develop knowledge of portfolio capabilities and go-to-market models in Lifecycle Services.
• Build and share knowledge of industry strategies and outcome-based selling principles.
• Develop and execute annual Business Plan for Lifecycle Services geographies.
• Lead launch of new offerings to the sales team and channel.
• Provide feedback to portfolio teams to improve customer outcomes delivered by our solutions.
• Collaborate with regional and global peers; participate in trade shows and marketing activities.
