Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Lifecycle Services Business Lead to drive commercial marketing activities, develop seller competencies, and align with Lifecycle Services teams. This role is remote from any location within the aligned territory and reports to the Lifecycle Services Sales Regional Manager.

You will manage performance, forecasting, and business plans across Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi, working with cross-functional teams to expand Services and Solutions, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel up to 40% of time.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field preferred.
• Experience with services and solutions sales and project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and performance for the Lifecycle Services Business Segment in their geographical areas of responsibility, including Services and Solutions.
• Manage business performance reporting and forecasting by geography and businesses.
• Develop knowledge of portfolio capabilities and go-to-market models in Lifecycle Services.
• Lead launch of new offerings to the sales team and channel.
• Provide feedback to portfolio teams to improve customer outcomes delivered by our solutions.
