Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the North West region. This Inside Sales role focuses on selling service products like warranty extensions, maintenance contracts, and qualifications, while building strong customer relationships and driving market share.

You will collaborate with Service Contract Specialists and leaders, travel up to 25%, and use SAP, Cloud for Service, and Salesforce to create quotes and log activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Finance or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 yrs of sales experience with proven ability to qualify opportunities and close deals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across hierarchical levels.
• High level of organizational skills and self-discipline to optimize time management.
• Ability to travel to customer locations up to 25% (overnight travel).

Responsibilities

• Inside Sales focus on selling service products and implementing promotional actions.
• Provide intensive support to assigned customers and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure timely contract renewals and track deadlines.
• Acquire and consult with customers for service product sales.
• Prepare sales reports, statistics, and forecast summaries.
• Use SAP, Cloud for Service, and Salesforce for quotes and activity logging.
