Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Manager to own the customer journey across email, SMS, loyalty, and retention programs. Remote, full-time role focusing on personalized experiences that boost retention and lifetime value.

You’ll partner with Ecommerce, Paid Media, Customer Experience, and Creative to ensure timely, relevant messages and scalable automations while driving measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in lifecycle marketing, ecommerce, or digital marketing with hands-on Shopify experience.
• Direct experience running email marketing flows; Klaviyo experience preferred.
• Experience running e-commerce loyalty programming.
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with big-picture strategy.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the email marketing calendar and campaigns.
• Build and optimize lifecycle flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.).
• Segment audiences to improve relevance and revenue.
• Test subject lines, content, timing, and targeting.
• Monitor deliverability and subscriber engagement.
• Develop and manage the SMS program.
• Own loyalty and rewards program with optimization.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Paid Media, Customer Experience, and Creative.
