Seller's Advantage is seeking a mid-level CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist in Mesa, AZ to own post-lead processes. You will build and run nurture and recycling programs in Pardot, craft email/SMS copy, and collaborate with the content editor on mid-funnel content. Expect ownership of evolving campaigns and new lead magnets as programs scale.

You will report to the Digital Marketing lead and work on on-site, growth-oriented initiatives that optimize lead conversion and appointment bookings.

Qualifikationen

• Strong Salesforce experience required.
• Experience building segmented, triggered automation in Pardot; HubSpot/Marketo with Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong writing skills and ability to draft email/SMS copy.
• Track record of owning a marketing program end-to-end with measurable results.
• Self-directed and technically capable to learn new tools/datasets quickly.
• Nice to have: SMS platforms, landing page/form builders, basic HTML/CSS for email, and lead generation experience.

Aufgaben

• Build and run lead nurture and lead recycling programs in Pardot.
• Create lifecycle sequences between intake and sales handoff to keep leads warm.
• Run ongoing email and SMS campaigns to move warm leads to booked appointments.
• Build segments, triggers, and completion actions; write/edit email and SMS copy.
• Collaborate with content editor on mid-funnel educational content.
• Develop lead magnets and calculators to grow opt-ins and take on more digital marketing projects.
