Job summary

woom is seeking an Email & Lifecycle Management Specialist to own end-to-end lifecycle programs across NA markets. You will craft engaging emails and SMS, segment audiences, and run A/B tests to boost retention, LTV, and revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, CX, and Supply Chain, ensuring campaigns align with company goals. A data-driven mindset and basic HTML knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lifecycle marketing, email & SMS for consumer brands.
• Experience building omnichannel customer journeys and segments.
• Familiarity with automated lifecycle campaigns and performance testing.
• Proficiency with data-driven optimization and KPI improvement.
• Basic HTML knowledge for responsive email templates.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end email, SMS, referral, rewards, and other programs for NA region to hit revenue targets.
• Create briefs communicating objectives, content strategy, and expected results.
• Design and optimize segmentation and messaging journeys with A/B tests.
• Manage and optimize campaigns aligned with business goals across channels.
