Job summary

Artifact Uprising in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own email and SMS programs, driving repeat purchases and lifetime value across the customer journey. You will develop segmentation and personalization strategies based on behavior and lifecycle stage, and build automated journeys for key moments like welcome and post-purchase.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or email/SMS marketing for DTC or ecommerce brands.
• Deep expertise in email and SMS including segmentation, automation, personalization, testing and deliverability.
• Experience building lifecycle programs that drive repeat purchases, retention, reactivation and CLV.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional customer instincts and ability to balance strategy with execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and performance of lifecycle marketing across email and SMS to drive repeat purchase and CLV.
• Develop segmentation and personalization strategies using customer behavior and lifecycle stage.
• Build and optimize automated journeys for welcome, post-purchase, cross-sell, repeat purchase, lapsed and win-back.
• Balance promotional, product, brand, and customer messaging for long-term health.
• Partner with Customer Experience, Analytics, Creative and Brand to bring lifecycle strategies to life.
• Define and track KPIs and lead testing and continuous improvement efforts.
