CrowdRiff is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Leader to own end-to-end lifecycle programs for our B2B SaaS platform. You will design onboarding, adoption, expansion, and cross-sell journeys, and you will automate campaigns with AI while tracking activation and retention metrics.

You’ll tailor messages by market and customer tier, collaborate with product and sales, and drive growth across remote teams in a flexible, no-meeting Fridays environment. Remote role with strong autonomy.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• 3+ years leading lifecycle or growth programs.
• Hands-on with HubSpot, Intercom, and segmentation.
