Job summary

Enthusiast Auto Holdings (EAH) is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Manager to own SMS and email orchestration across its 10+ automotive brands. The role centers on accelerating SMS adoption, building high-converting flows, and driving lifecycle revenue from initiation to retention.

Based in-office at Carrollton, GA, with exposure to multiple banners within the EAH portfolio. You will craft automated journeys, optimize opt-ins, and collaborate with CS to scale two-way messaging while preserving list

Qualifications

4+ years in omnichannel retention and lifecycle marketing within a multi-brand ecommerce environment.
Proven blueprint for scaling SMS and multimedia messaging (MMS/RCS).
Strong data literacy with GA4 and customer analytics.
Experience with enterprise lifecycle orchestration platforms.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end SMS and email flow automation and orchestration across 10+ ecommerce brands.
Drive subscriber growth via cross-channel list growth strategies and compliant opt-ins.
Define and tune audience segments, triggers, and frequency caps.
Build cross-channel customer journeys where SMS and email complement each other.
Enable brand teams to deploy rich media, video, and personalized content quickly.
Collaborate with CS for two-way SMS infrastructure integration.
