Job summary

Enthusiast Auto Holdings (EAH) in the U.S. seeks a Customer Lifecycle Manager to own the technical orchestration, automation, and flow logic for SMS and Email across 10+ aftermarket automotive brands.

This full-time, in-office role is based in one of EAH’s locations, including Carrollton, GA; Wadsworth, OH; and Georgetown, TX. You will architect, launch, and accelerate SMB/Email/SMS adoption, delivering synchronized, high-performance journeys.

Qualifications

• 4+ years mastering omnichannel retention in a multi-brand or high-SKU ecommerce ecosystem.
• Track record of scaling SMS programs as primary engagement vehicle.
• Experience with enterprise lifecycle orchestration platforms and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end automated SMS and Email flow logic across 10+ brands.
• Architect and deploy cross-channel list growth strategies.
• Build and optimize customer journeys with saturation guards.
• Ensure agile, flexible technical frameworks for brand teams.
