A leading skincare company in Los Angeles is seeking a Retention Manager to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. This role requires 3–5 years of experience in retention marketing, with a strong emphasis on email/SMS marketing, CRM, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing retention strategies, collaborating with various teams to enhance customer journeys, and providing insights based on analytics. A competitive salary range of $110,000 to $160,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retention marketing or customer loyalty.
• Deep understanding of industry best practices for email/SMS marketing.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and retention KPIs.
