Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Lifecycle & Growth Marketing Manager to drive the lifecycle strategy and digital growth across member journeys in a hybrid Greater Boston setting. You will own the CRM, segmentation, and marketing automation, shaping experiences from onboarding to retention and cross-sell, with data-driven optimization and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 8–10 years of B2C digital marketing experience; 5+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, and marketing automation with direct growth ownership.
• Experience leading lifecycle programs with budget ownership.
• Credit union/banking/fintech or subscription/relationship-based consumer business experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle and digital growth strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Own CRM, segmentation, and personalization across journeys.
• Manage marketing automation platform, triggers, and deliverability.
• Oversee paid digital acquisition and partner with agencies on budgets and targets.
• Collaborate with data governance and IT to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Ensure campaigns comply with relevant marketing regulations and privacy.
