Mixpanel is seeking a Digital Adoption & Lifecycle Manager to own lifecycle communications for digital-only customers and accounts with dedicated teams. You will design behavior-based segmentation, write emails and in-product messages, and run campaigns in tools like Customer.io, HubSpot, and Statisfy.

This is a builder role, collaborating with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to drive adoption and retention.

Formación

• Experience in lifecycle communications for B2B SaaS.
• Ability to design behavior-based segmentation and triggers.
• Strong copywriting with a data-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Build end-to-end lifecycle programs across onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Write clear, customer-facing copy across email and in-product messages.
• Design segmentation using usage, health signals, and account attributes; define triggers.
• Collaborate with Marketing on calendars and ensure coherence across campaigns.
• Pilot agentic approaches to scaled customer success and define where AI can act.
• Define success metrics and run regular reporting on engagement and retention.
