Job summary

Welltech, a global wellness technology company, seeks an Email Marketing Manager to support remarketing and automated communications to drive first subscriptions. You will work with senior CRM members to map journeys, execute lifecycle campaigns, and foster a culture of testing and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage repetitive daily execution tasks, and help tailor messaging for different segments while gaining exposure to industry-leading tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
• Knowledge of email marketing fundamentals (deliverability, segmentation, campaigns).
• Experience with ESP/automation platforms (e-Sputnik, Reteno, Braze or similar).
• Execution-ready mindset with hands-on, detail-heavy daily work.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-supported environment.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM Acquisition Lead in remarketing strategy and automated journeys.
• Draft briefs and coordinate copy/creative requests for personalised campaigns.
• Assist with A/B testing setup and data collection, and help with reporting.
• Collaborate with monetization, Performance Marketing, Product and Analytics to ensure cross-channel consistency.
