Welltech is seeking a motivated CRM Manager to support lead remarketing and automated communications. You will work with the CRM team to drive first subscription conversion through lifecycle campaigns, journey mapping, and a culture of testing.

You will build automated journeys, segment audiences, draft briefs with the Content Lead, and ensure consistency across touchpoints while collaborating with Monetization, Performance Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation experience.
• Knowledge of email marketing fundamentals and deliverability.
• Familiar with ESP/automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Reteno, e-Sputnik).

Responsabilités

• Assist in executing the remarketing strategy and monitor performance against targets.
• Build automated journeys, set up segmentation, QA, and troubleshooting.
• Draft briefs and coordinate copy and creative requests for campaigns.
• Collaborate with monetization, performance marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure cross-channel consistency.
