Job summary

Finom is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Lifecycle to own measurement and experimentation for activation and retention across onboarding and customer lifecycle. You will define metrics, run experiments, and build models to guide next best actions via multiple channels.

You will automate dashboards, manage data flows in Databricks, and partner with CRM, growth, and product to drive recurring improvements across Europe.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python with a Git-based warehouse workflow you can defend.
• Experiment design, statistics and metric design you can defend.
• BI experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Stakeholder management and business sense: you can push back and land a recommendation.
• Curiosity and ownership: you run your area without waiting to be asked.

Responsibilities

• Join activation and retention initiatives and define the primary metric.
• Design and analyse experiments end to end with guardrails and power calculations.
• Correct for channel bias and use causal inference when needed.
• Launch experiments across onboarding and the customer lifecycle.
• Build models for segmentation, propensity, churn and dormancy.
• Automate recurring work: dashboards and data pipelines.
