Job summary

Prolific is seeking a Data Analyst, Supply to own analytics across the participant lifecycle—from acquisition and onboarding through activation, engagement, quality, retention, and reactivation. You will build metrics, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks to understand participant behavior and improve the marketplace, collaborating with Product, Operations, Growth, and Data Science.

You will work hands-on with SQL, Python, and experiments to turn complex data into clear, decision-ready

Qualifications

• Experience across the participant lifecycle analytics (acquisition to reactivation).
• Ability to design and deliver scalable reporting and dashboards.
• Strong statistical thinking and experimentation design.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics across the participant lifecycle—from acquisition and onboarding through activation, engagement, quality, retention and reactivation.
• Build metrics, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks to understand participant behavior and improve the participant experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Growth and Data Science to identify opportunities and turn complex marketplace data into clear decisions.
• Turn data into clear, decision-ready insights that support sustainable supply.
