Job summary

Finom seeks a growth analytics professional to drive activation and retention initiatives across onboarding and customer lifecycle. You will design experiments end-to-end, apply causal inference when needed, and build predictive models to optimize engagement and revenue.

The role emphasizes robust data workflows (Databricks), BI dashboards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across Europe and the US. Remote/hybrid in Europe possible.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python skills with a Git-based warehouse workflow.
• Experience in experiments design, statistics and metric design that you can defend.
• BI experience with Power BI or Tableau or similar.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and translate technical insights for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Join activation and retention initiatives and define primary metrics.
• Design and analyse experiments end-to-end: hypothesis, guardrails, audience split, MDE and power, readout to ship/kill.
• Apply causal inference when clean A/B is not possible (diff-in-diff, matching, synthetic control, geo designs).
• Launch multiple experiments across onboarding and customer lifecycle; convert wins into recurring flows.
• Build segmentation, propensity, churn and dormancy models feeding audiences and personalisation.
• Automate recurring tasks (audience refresh, dashboards) and ship models via Databricks to downstream tools like Braze.
