Finom is seeking a data analytics professional to own measurement and experimentation across the customer lifecycle. You will work with CRM, growth, and product teams to define metrics, experiment designs, and model solutions using SQL, Python, and Git-based workflows.

Design end-to-end experiments, apply causal inference when A/B tests are imperfect, and build models for segmentation, churn, and dormancy while automating dashboards and data pipelines.

Qualifikationen

• Strong SQL, Python, and statistics skills.
• BI experience with Power BI/Tableau.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate with non-technical audiences.

• Apply causal inference methods like diff-in-diff, matching, and synthetic control.
