Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations, ensuring high-quality member experiences. You will motivate staff to deliver excellent service, monitor food quality, and speed of service across the cafe.

Responsibilities include adjusting schedules, leading the shift, and handling promotions and discipline with the Manager. Light food prep and responsive member support are required, with evening and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification within first 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move around the cafe for extended periods.
• Night and weekend availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage LifeCafe shift operations and adjust schedules based on traffic.
• Serve as daily shift leader providing customer and team support.
• Ensure team members prepare menu items correctly and serve professionally.
• Provide promotions and discipline recommendations to the Manager.
• Manage light food preparation tasks.
• Respond promptly to member questions, comments and concerns.
