Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily LifeCafe shift operations, ensuring a high-quality member experience and motivating staff for superior customer service. You will monitor food quality and speed of service to create a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, leading the shift, ensuring proper food prep and professional service, and advising the Manager on promotions and discipline when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift >20 lbs repeatedly.
• Night and weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LifeCafe shift operations and adjust schedules based on traffic.
• Act as daily shift leader, supporting customers and staff.
• Ensure menu items are prepared correctly and served professionally.
• Provide promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manage light food preparation responsibilities.
• Respond promptly to member questions, comments, and concerns.
