Job summary

Life Time is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations and deliver a high-quality member experience at the LifeCafe. You’ll motivate staff to ensure excellent service, monitor food quality and speed of service, and support the manager with promotions and discipline as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED and ServeSafe certifications within specified timeframes, and availability for nights and weekends in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely lift more than 20 lbs.
• Night and weekend availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations and adjusts schedules based on traffic.
• Acts as daily shift leader providing customer and team support.
• Ensures menu items are prepared correctly and served professionally.
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manages light food preparation responsibilities.
• Responds quickly and efficiently to member questions and concerns.
