Job summary

Life Time LifeCafe Supervisor oversees the daily shift operations in the LifeCafe. They deliver a high-quality experience to the members, and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service. They also monitor food quality and speed of service ensuring a positive member and guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand and move around the cafe for extended periods.
• Night and weekend availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations and schedules based on traffic.
• Acts as daily shift leader providing customer and team support.
• Ensures menu items are prepared correctly and served professionally.
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manages light food preparation responsibilities.
• Responds quickly to member questions, comments, and concerns.
