Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and motivating staff. You will monitor food quality and service speed, while leading a team and resolving member inquiries to uphold our standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED and ServeSafe certifications, and the ability to lift 20 lbs with availability for nights and weekends. This is an hourly, full-time position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification with the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time.
• Night and weekend availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations while making schedule adjustments based on traffic flow.
• Acts as daily shift leader by providing a high level of customer and team support.
• Ensures team members prepare menu items correctly and service customers in a professional manner.
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manages light food prep responsibilities.
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns.
