Life Time Inc. operates LifeCafe and seeks a LifeCafe Supervisor to lead daily shift operations and deliver excellent member service. You will motivate staff, monitor food quality, and ensure timely service in a fast-paced, member-focused setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED and ServeSafe certifications, and the ability to lift over 20 lbs. Night and weekend availability may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs repeatedly.
• Night and weekend availability may be required.

Responsabilités

• Manage LifeCafe shift operations and adjust schedules by traffic flow.
• Act as daily shift leader with high-level customer and staff support.
• Ensure menu items are prepared correctly and served professionally.
• Provide promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Handle light food preparation tasks.
• Respond promptly to member questions and concerns.
