Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage LifeCafe shift operations and adjust schedules by traffic flow.
• Act as daily shift leader with high-level customer and staff support.
• Ensure menu items are prepared correctly and served professionally.
• Provide promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Handle light food preparation tasks.
• Respond promptly to member questions and concerns.
