Modern Support Services in California is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our diverse team across LA and Orange Counties. You will support individuals with I/DD, serving as mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate in daily activities and community participation.

We offer flexible shifts (full-time and part-time), weekend rotations, and competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour. Prior human services experience is a plus; ASL knowledge is welcome.

Qualifications

• Be 21+ years old.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License.
• Must pass a background check.
• Previous experience in human services is a plus.
• ASL knowledge is a plus; opportunities available.

Responsabilités

• Support individuals with I/DD in areas such as Community Access, Personal Care, Medical Appointments, Peer Interactions, and Recreational Activities.
• Serve as a mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate for clients.
